At Blueland, we want you to love your eco-friendly cleaning experience; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy on all our starter kits and refills. Items must be returned in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to initiate the process.

  Print Your Label

  Select the items you wish to return and download the prepaid shipping label provided by our system.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in the original Blueland box, attach the prepaid label, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team receives and inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
